Our soft wash solution is applied to an asphalt shingle roof. The solution is applied with about 80psi and starts working almost immediately.

15 minutes after the solution is applied all the moss has turned white indicating it's dead. The moss will slowly start to detach itself from the shingles and disintegrates.

This picture was taken a few months after the initial cleaning. The roof looks great!! In most cases you should expect to get at least 3 years or more before seeing any sign of moss growth again.
